Synopsis Of The Glades Season 2 Episode 7 Addicted To Love :The murder of a Haitian doctor leads Longworth and the FDLE to a pill mill and a corrupt doctor's office. Addicts have been paying big money for pain medication all of which leads to a long list of suspects.This show follows Matt Passmore as Jim, a Chicago cop who gets kicked off the force after being shot and wrongfully accused by his ex-captain of having an affair with his wife. After receiving his payout, Jim decides to moves to a small Florida town to join the state police.
I really enjoy this show a great deal. Although, from a 24 year career police officer perspective, most cop shows have issues this one is in many ways more real to life than most, and much more fun as well. I really enjoy the actors on this show, the chemistry they have and how they interact. The characters are fun and the story lines have been plausible so far.Very refreshing. I also like that Jim does much of his police work the old fashioned way, talking to people, developing leads, running down information. The CSI thing has as much to do with real cop work as any other SciFi type show.
